Company Founded in 2022
KINT was founded in 2022 as a company publishing scientific, professional, and popular articles on its blog, with ISSN registration. In the same year, the company launched an online store focused on educational toys in the field of science (STEM).
Shortly after its founding in 2023, KINT secured its first contracts in the field of functional safety for embedded systems, i.e., controllers for managing energy devices. Subsequently, the company expanded to similar systems in the field of cybersecurity.
Since 2024, KINT has been growing with new clients, employees, and specialists in the fields of process management, quality management, and critical infrastructure safety. In 2024, we also achieved certification for our quality management system, ISO 9001.

CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Ph.D. in Engineering Informatics from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Transportation Sciences, specializing in integral safety of critical infrastructure.
Holds a TÜV Süd Rail certificate as a Functional Safety Professional.
Has over 10 years of experience in safety management (RAMS and functional safety), systems engineering, and management in the railway and automotive industries.
Svatoslav
Quality and Safety Manager
He earned an engineering degree from the Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
In addition to several years of experience as a CEO and crisis manager, Svatoslav is a seasoned quality manager with many years of experience. He specializes in complex integrations of control systems with industry standards, including RAMS and cybersecurity – in the fields of manufacturing technology, the railway and automotive industries, and energy.
John
Quality and Safety Manager
Ph.D. in Physics, Quantum Optics, and Optoelectronics from Charles University in Prague.
Jan spent most of his career in academia, focusing on research and international projects in the field of critical infrastructure security.
He also has experience as a RAMS manager and risk analyst in the area of cybersecurity for railway systems.

Customer Service
Inna dedicated her career to customer service and communication with clients in international retail companies and logistics. She is also familiar with marketing, internal and external communication, quality processes, data analysis, root cause analysis of process discrepancies, and reporting them to customers.
David
IT specialist (ext.)
David is a long-time specialist in personal and enterprise IT with experience in the maintenance and administration of IT systems for railway vehicles. For several years, he has also been managing websites and online stores. During this time, he has been expanding his experience with development tools, languages, and libraries such as HTML, CSS, JS, NODE JS, and REACT.

Michal earned a Master's degree from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
Michal has dedicated his professional life to the development of embedded systems with safety integrity (SIL, ASIL, etc.).
He has many years of experience in the development and production of software and hardware in the automotive, railway, and defense industries, IT, robotics, and measuring technology.
